How we communicate

Video, email, in writing.

We removed phone counselling for new applicants in 2025. The reasons were simple: video creates a real face-to-face meeting, email creates a written paper-trail, and both protect you from the spam-call culture that plagues this industry.

Video-first counselling

Every new-applicant call happens on Google Meet or Zoom — calendar invite, agenda and captain bio shared in advance.

Email is the system of record

All commitments — fees, dates, scholarships — are confirmed in writing. No verbal-only quotes.

Verified contact details only

Our system pings every email and number on submission. Non-functioning details are auto-rejected — no reply will be sent.

24-hour reply window

Mon–Sat, every application receives an admissions reply within 24 working hours. Sun: bookings only.

Active in training? Use your student portal.

Enrolled cadets receive a dedicated WhatsApp line and a direct phone number to their student-success captain. Sign in to the portal to access them — these channels are not available to new applicants.
